Q: What is the HealthView Program?
A:  The HealthView Program combines state-of-the-art medical imaging technology with a full medical consultation with a board-certified physician (radiologist), who will review and discuss your entire examination with you.

Q: Why should I participate in the HealthView Program?
A:  The HealthView Program is designed to enhance your health and prolong your life through patient education and early disease detection. The goal is to find problems before they become life-threatening.

Q: Will my ALADS insurance pay for the HealthView Program?
A:  If you are a subscriber to an ALADS sponsored Blue Cross plan, you will be reimbursed up to $500 per exam.

Q: Is the program available to my dependents?
A:  Yes.  The Plan will reimburse up to $500 for a subscriber and spouse 1 time each 24 months.

Q: If I am an ALADS member, but do not subscribe to an ALADS insurance plan, am I covered?
A:  No. 

Q: Who will have access to my medical records?
A:  HealthView follows every legal guideline regarding the confidentiality of medical records, and will not release any of your medical information without your written consent, except where required by law.  HealthView is 100% HIPAA compliant.

Q: How much time does the HealthView Program take?
A:  You should allow 3 hours for your HealthView visit.  This includes the full-body scan and physician consultation.
